PT360 is Vermont’s largest independent physical therapy provider. While the $40 billion U.S. physical therapy sector grows increasingly consolidated, PT360 took a different path. The for-profit practice was designed as a worker cooperative--sharing ownership, decision making voice, and profits broadly among its worker owners.
